Stat'i oformlyayutsya v sootvetstvii s GOST R.7.0.7-2021 Stat'i v zhurnalah i sbornikah.
Stat'ya dolzhna soderzhat' original'nyy material, otvechayuschiy sleduyuschim kriteriyam: nauchnaya novizna, prakticheskaya znachimost', profil'nost'. Otvetstvennost' za soderzhanie stat'i, dostovernost' predostavlyaemoy informacii nesut avtory. Original'nost' dolzhna sostavlyat' ne menee 80 % (v tom chisle samocitirovanie v stat'e ne dolzhno prevyshat' 20%).
V nachale stat'i neobhodimo ukazat': nazvanie stat'i (strochnymi bukvami poluzhirnym shriftom), polnost'yu familii, imena, otchestva avtorov, uchenye stepeni i zvaniya, polnost'yu nazvaniya organizaciy, v kotoryh rabotayut avtory, gorod, stranu, annotaciyu, klyuchevye slova (5-7 slov). Annotaciya. Cel' issledovaniya – opredelenie vliyaniya 10-dnevnyh kursov normobaricheskoy gipoksii i usilennoy naruzhnoy kontrpul'sacii na psihoemocional'noe sostoyanie basketbolistok 10-14 let. Metody i organizaciya issledovaniya: ispol'zovany metody analiza i obobscheniya nauchno-metodicheskoy literatury, pedagogicheskiy eksperiment, metody matematicheskoy statistiki. Razrabotannyy kurs byl aprobirovan v trenirovochnom processe devushek-basketbolistok DYuSSh. Rezul'taty issledovaniya i vyvody. Vyyavlennoe v hode issledovaniya dostovernoe snizhenie urovnya trevozhnosti u sportsmenok, svidetel'stvuet o polozhitel'nom deystvii primenyaemyh metodik na psihoemocional'noe sostoyanie yunyh sportsmenok. Poluchennyy rezul'tat pozvolyaet sdelat' zaklyuchenie o celesoobraznosti vklyucheniya kratkovremennyh fizioterapevticheskih procedur v kompleks vosstanovitel'nyh meropriyatiy yunyh basketbolistok.

The scientific theory journal "Uchenye zapiski universiteta imeni P. F. Lesgafta" was founded in 1944 (restored in 2005). The index of the printed version according to the catalogue of the International Standard Numbering of Serial Publications ISSN 1994-4683, the subscription index according to the catalogue – 36621. The journal is included in the List of journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation; the information about published articles is presented in the system RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).
The founder of the journal: The Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, St. Petersburg.
Registered in the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications. The journal is included in the Ulrich's Periodicals Directory database.
