The purpose of the study is to analyze the technique of performing the "24 kg kettlebell snatch" exercise as a physical process carried out by female athletes of different levels of preparedness, and based on the analysis results, to identify the dynamics of changes in energy expenditure depending on the nature of the errors made. Research methods and organization. The study was organized at Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, involving female athletes from the national team of the Military Educational and Scientific Center of the Navy "Navy Academy named after Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union N.G. Kuznetsov" in kettlebell lifting, and members of the St. Petersburg national team in kettlebell lifting. The methods used included analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, and mathematical modeling. Research results and conclusions. Based on the analysis, a classification of the most common errors has been carried out, categorized as both critically important and less significant. An assessment of the work conducted during competitive exercises has been made in terms of physical quantity, alongside an analysis of the changes in the value of work when technical errors occur. The most energy-consuming errors that reduce the level of technical proficiency have been identified. The resulting findings enable the systematic organization of the main areas of technical training as an integral part of the athletic preparation of female kettlebell lifters.
