The purpose of the study is to justify the methodology for the comprehensive rehabilitation of group fitness instructors to prevent professional burnout among fitness instructors. Research methods and organization. The following research methods were utilized: analysis of scientific and methodological literature and online resources, a survey in the form of questionnaires; mathematical and statistical processing of data. During the experiment, a sociological survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire targeting current instructors of group programs. Research results and conclusions. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature and internet resources conducted has shown that a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation is a necessary condition for the effective prevention of occupational diseases among group program instructors, as it provides comprehensive health support, takes into account the diversity of risk factors, and contributes to maintaining a high level of work capacity and quality of life for fitness industry specialists. The role of comprehensive rehabilitation for fitness industry specialists has been defined, and the foundations for practical solutions aimed at enhancing the work effectiveness of group fitness instructors have been examined, which, in the long term, affects the overall level of fitness services.
