Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to develop and scientifically justify a technology for enhancing the special physical preparation of athletes in the Latin American program to successfully perform floor supports in dance sport. Research methods and organization. In the course of the study, analysis of specialized literature, testing, expert evaluation, pedagogical experiment, and methods of mathematical statistics were applied. The experimental stage was carried out at the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health from December 9, 2024, to May 5, 2025, with the participation of twenty athletes at the highest level of sports mastery. Research results and conclusions. The key physical qualities determining the effectiveness of executing partner lifts have been identified, and the main muscle groups involved in both partners, which require targeted development during training, have been thoroughly analyzed. Based on the results of the experimental technology trial, it was concluded that incorporating specialized exercises performed in pairs, aimed at developing athletes' physical abilities under conditions of joint partner lift execution, allows for an effective improvement in the quality of partner lifts in the Latin American program.
