The work focuses on creating conditions for improving students' communicative relations through the active use of elements of competitions, relay races, and sports games in physical culture and sports activities. Communication contributes to the growth of students' motor activity, peer recognition motivates them to achieve success, participate in academic events, and develop sports interests. Today, the problem of training qualified specialists with a set of personal qualities is relevant for the labor market. The paper shows the interest of students in the use of sports in the process of physical education. The positions of interpersonal relations and their influence on student life are revealed. Focusing on optimizing communications in physical culture and sports activities will make it possible to realize the interests of students, will contribute to the formation of beliefs in the importance of physical culture for life and professional goals, will help teachers effectively build the educational process.
