Dynamics of physical development of freshmen students who started attending the general physical training section

Abstract (English):
Adherence to a certain level of physical activity is formed in youth and does not change much thereafter, either maintaining health or increasing the risk of disease. Purpose of the study - to determine the dynamics of physical abilities in freshmen students who started general physical training. Initial and final testing revealed that these workouts significantly activate the physical parameters of freshmen, ensuring their recovery.
