The study is devoted to studying the problem of insufficient psychological preparation in shooting sports and ways to solve them. The main goal of psychological training in shooting sports is the development of personal and mental qualities necessary to achieve a high level of sportsmanship, mental stability and readiness to compete. To achieve this goal, the athlete's internal psychological readiness is an integral result of long-term cooperation between the athlete and the coach to improve intellectual and psychological performance. To achieve a high level of psychological readiness, you need to pay attention to aspects such as focus, emotional stability, stress management and self-confidence.
