Abstract (English):
This article is devoted to a study whose task was to study the characteristics of the Yakut national wrestling style hapsagai, determined by the strength of the nervous system in excitation. To diagnose the strength of the nervous system, two methods were used: the tapping test and changing the time of a simple motor reaction during repeated presentation of the stimulus. The preferred actions of wrestlers with different strengths of the nervous system in terms of arousal were determined by questionnaire. The results of the study can be used by coaches of sports sections in the Yakut national wrestling hapsagai.
