The aim of the study was to investigate the distribution of pressure under the feet and their symmetry in highly qualified taekwondists on the RSscan podometric platform. Understanding how to properly distribute pressure under the feet and ensure symmetry of movement is key to successful execution of kicks and techniques. The results of the current study suggest that the peak pressure of the left and right foot lacks symmetry, increased foot pressure plays a crucial role in causing foot pathologies.
