The article presents an analysis of data emphasizing the importance of individualizing the training of athletes, taking into account their developed subjectivity. Three clusters were identified according to indicators of socio-psychological adaptation. High rates of adaptation were identified in the cluster, where the number of athletes aged 17-20 predominated. Differences between male and female samples were also identified.
