The use of physical education tools to prevent emotional burnout among university teachers

Abstract (English):
The professional activity of a teacher is characterized by high emotional and communicative load, which can lead to chronic stress and emotional burnout. Emotional burnout manifests itself in the form of psychosomatic symptoms and contributes to the development of somatic diseases. Prevention of emotional burnout should be carried out in the process of professional activity, both at the level of an educational organization and by a university teacher independently. The work examines the manifestations of emotional burnout among university teachers, and proposes methods of prevention through physical education.
