COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE MEANS OF SPECIAL SHOOTING PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL TRAINING AT VARIOUS STAGES OF PREPARATION FOR COMPETITIONS IN SUMMER SERVICE BIATHLON

Abstract (English):
This article discusses the development of methods and practices aimed at the physical and technical training of athletes engaged in service duathlon in the context of preparation for the stages of assessing their readiness, which maximally simulate real competition conditions. Attention is focused on the careful study of the technical nuances of running disciplines, the use of specific simulation exercises to improve the level of training, as well as on the selection for the primary team, which is based on the quality of training of cross-country runners. The article analyzes in detail the achievement of the strategic plans of the training cycle, which includes not only improving the level of sportsmanship, but also achieving the maximum shape adapted to the upcoming tests.
