Based on the fact that a specific feature of creative professions is the absence of one-way solutions and ready-made recipes in the production process and that their professional activities are associated with increased anxiety, an attempt was made to increase such indicators as “Resistance to stress” (RS) and “Motivation” to classes in the discipline physical education" (MFK) for university students studying in the specialties "Film Drama" and "Directing Animation and Computer Graphics", in the natural conditions of the educational process in the disciplines "Physical culture and sports" and "Elective disciplines in physical culture and sports."
