The standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labour and Defence" for a special category of citizens require additional work to develop their physical qualities. For hearing-impaired adolescents, the opportunity to participate in the GTO norms and receive the insignia of this complex is not only a means of improving their motor fitness, but also a way of their active integration and socialisation. The article experimentally substantiates the effectiveness of the use of the means of kyokushinkai karate for the development of motor skills of 12-13 year old hearing impaired adolescents in preparation for overcoming the preparation for overcoming the rules of the complex.
