THE MAIN STAGES OF FORMATION OF PHYSICAL READINESS OF STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES STUDYING AT THE MILITARY DEPARTMENT OF THE CIVIL TRANSPORT UNIVERSITY FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract (English):
The article presents the peculiarities of the main stages of physical culture formation in students of transportation universities who are trained at the military department. The author focuses our attention on the research, which consists in testing the physical training of students, analyzing the obtained results, and the psychological readiness of future officers for professional activity. The research methodology includes the analysis of professional literature, surveys, interviews, testing, physical tests, observation and analysis. The conducted research indicates that the student of the military department undergoes 4 stages: familiarization, selection, training (main), final. At each of the stages, new methods are developed and introduced into training programs, on the basis of which skills are formed, and both mental and physical readiness of students is assessed. In addition, the author notes the full significance of this research topic for the improvement of methods and skill development in the students of the military department.
