Abstract (English):
Relevance is determined by the need to develop methodological approaches to assessing the event process for its further improvement. The purpose of the work is to develop basic parameters for assessing an event of a scientific and practical nature. Methods: information analysis (text, digital), logical-intuitive methods, system analysis method. Conclusions. In the methodological plan for the comprehensive assessment of the scientific and practical event, it is necessary to take into account the basic parameters of the event process presented in the study, the improvement of which is carried out through the use of strategic management tools.
