The article describes the practical experience of using therapeutic physical culture for adaptive physical rehabilitation of people suffering from post-infectious asthenia, identifies the basic requirements for the selection of exercises, and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of physical culture for minimizing and eliminating the symptoms of post-infectious asthenia.
