Abstract (English):
The article presents a comparative analysis of the competitive results of the performances of the men's and women's national teams of the Republic of Tatarstan in belt wrestling over the past 3 years and its closest competitors. The purpose of the study is to analyze the performance of the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Russian Championship, the World Cup, the Cup of Russia and the World Cup in belt wrestling from 2021 to 2023. Ac-cording to the results of the comparative analysis, a steady trend of increasing the sports results of the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan in recent years was revealed, as well as the prospects for the performance of the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the Russian national team at the BRICS Games.
