Structure of control in the system of sports training in martial arts
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
In modern combat sports, achieving high performance is impossible without control (testing, monitoring, analysis) of a large number of parameters: both psychophysiological and indicators of the training process and competitive activity. The purpose of the study – to analyze the problems and systematize the existing approaches to the control system during the training process in martial arts using the example of kyokushinkai. The need to ensure the sportsmen’s versatile preparedness, the high intensity of the fight and the busy competitive schedule in kyokushinkai make the role of control in the preparation process very significant, and therefore indicative. The developed structure has wide adaptation possibilities for other types of martial arts, and allows you to fill the system with detailed methodological and normative content without making significant adjustments.
