Abstract (English):
In this article the author described the pedagogical training in the system of professional development in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Having considered it as a process aimed at the continuous training of teachers and managers of the educational organization. As well as this article considers the main aspects of pedagogical training and reveals the goals, content, methods and organization of the system of profession-al development in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The main role of the system approach in upgrading the qualifications of the teaching and manage-rial staff of the educational organization has been identified.
