The article examines the training process for high-level athletes using the example of hockey players who have not reached the age of majority. This is a fundamental prerequisite for finding tools for solving problems in this area. By improving tactical abilities, young athletes prepare themselves to reach new heights in a selected sport. The conceptual model of the training process proposed in the article is based on mathematical methods and models, in particular on neural-network modeling using neurodifferential equations.
