Features of sports training in game sports at the stage of initial training
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The training programs recommend developing physical qualities by performing training loads according to OFP in the amount of 60-70% and SFP - 30-40% of the total amount of training equipment. Practice shows that today the volume of special training funds has increased significantly. This is due to the commissioning of indoor ice rinks, which contributed to an increase in the time of ice training, primarily physical and technical-tactical, as well as the number of control and competitive games. The number of competitions in accordance with the Moscow calendar in the initial training groups of the first year of study is 20 starts, 2 and 3 years of study - 30. A large number of competitions for children is a big disadvantage, because preparation for competitions and participation in them requires special physical and technical training, while at this age it is necessary to lay a large base of general physical fitness.
