The article highlights the main conceptual approaches to training in modern Russia, including: scientific research of the factors of athletes' predisposition to professional swimming; search and implementation of fundamentally new interpersonal relations "coach-athlete"; expansion of the range of individual training programs; building new bases in the training system; improvement and application of legal pharmacological programs. As a result of the study, it was found that more professional and high-quality use of modern approaches to training creates conditions for achieving high results in sports.
