Comparative analysis of the predominant orientation of the speed and strength abilities of the muscles of body parts in sabists aged 14-16 years of various somatotypes
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
One of the factors influencing the effectiveness of SAMBO techniques in competitive wrestling is the level of development of speed and strength abilities. Athletes of different physiques are predisposed to certain speed and strength manifestations by the muscles of various parts of the body. The construction of rational sports training in sambo wrestling is hampered by the lack of information about the predisposition of the somatotype of sambo wrestlers to perform throws due to the predominant orientation of the speed and strength abilities of the muscles of various parts of the body. The article presents a study on the identification of speed and strength orientation when performing techniques by sambo wrestlers aged 14-16 of various somatotypes.
