Abstract (English):
This article examines the effect of laziness on the level of physical activity of medical university students and ways to increase their motivation. The student years are a critical period for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, including regular physical exercise. However, many students have problems maintaining an active lifestyle due to laziness and lack of motivation. The article analyzes the social, psychological and physiological factors influencing the low level of student activity. Additionally, the reasons why students may be less motivated to play sports or exercise are being investigated. The paper also discusses various methods and strategies that can be used to increase students' motivation for physical activity.
