Abstract (English):
A study was conducted with the participation of players from a ice hockey team of a sports school in the age group 13-14 years, who regularly performed 2 of 4 selected special test exercises during training for 2 months. The average group results of the initial and final testing of the ice hockey players that were using the selected 4 test exercises, were assessed and compared. Analysis of the results of the study made it possible to draw conclusions about the nature of the influence on the development of special motor characteristics of ice hockey players, demonstrated by the latter in test exercises that they regularly use and in test exercises that they do not use in training sessions.
