Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article presents a study of the features of the structure and components of the functional model of sports training of sprinters of the swimming discipline crawl. The results of an experiment involving a group of athletes and coaches and using an individual approach to each athlete, as well as planning their training process and drawing up individual training programs are considered. Based on the estimated data and the final results of the official competition protocols at the end of the season, improvements were recorded in all the studied indicators in the control and experimental groups, and certain solutions were found that can generally improve the quality of sprint training for rabbit swimmers at all stages of cyclic training during the sports season.
