The basics of monitoring the level of preparedness of athletes (using the example of women's national football teams in universities)

Abstract (English):
The article touches on the topic of the preparedness of players of women's national mini-football teams, using the example of universities in the Samara region. The relevance of developing new approaches in the management of the training process based on objective control of the level of preparedness of players is shown. The publication reflects the main results of the study of physical development and functional fitness of football players aged 17-19 years. Based on the data obtained, methodological recommendations were formed to optimize the training process, the direction of physical activity and their variability in the process of training athletes. During the study, it was noted that women have greater emotional excitability and a higher level of motivation. The authors recommend: working with a women's team, take into account the physiological characteristics of the female body and its adaptive capabilities.
