Traditional physical training of oroch people living in the Far East of Russia

Abstract (English):
The article deals with the traditional physical education and physical training of one of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North of the Russian Far East - the Orochi. Attention is emphasized on the traditional process of hardening, purposeful training of teenagers in physical training, on the development of the most important physical qualities, means that effectively influenced the physical condition of the young generation are noted, the highest level of physical training of folklore heroes is noted.
