Abstract (English):
The analysis of the documents revealed a number of problematic points in the development of triathlon as a sport in the Chelyabinsk region. These include: the lack of available information about the activities of the Federation; the concept of organizing official competitions focuses only on high-performance sports; the lack of a training system for the triathlon sports reserve in the region. At the same time, there are positive examples of organizing competitions in the mass sports segment in the Chelyabinsk region (Turgoyak cross-triathlon, indoor competition formats in fitness clubs).
