The article presents a study of the technical and tactical training of athletes in two types of martial arts – kickboxing and taekwondo Chang-Hong. The main aspects of technical training, as well as tactical techniques used in fights and competitions, are analyzed. The features of the technique of each sport, their effectiveness and use in practice are considered. The data obtained make it possible to identify the features and similarities of technical and tactical training, as well as differences in these sports.
