Realization of specific coordination abilities of athletes of the first category in the process of improving the technique of pole vaulting

Abstract (English):
This paper presents the results of correcting the technique of the pole vault of female athletes of the first sports category on the basis of the formation and implementation of specific coordination abilities. The search for correlations between sports performance and test scores that determine coordination abilities allowed us to identify the most significant specific manifestations. Sets of exercises have been developed and implemented to improve specific coordination abilities in the phases of the pole vault.
