The article is devoted to the research and implementation of training methods for cadets and students of educational institutions of law enforcement agencies in preparation for running short, medium and long distances using methods of training athletes. The use of such methods allows you to gradually develop physical qualities and maintain a high level of preparedness of students on an ongoing basis. This work can serve as a basis for further research and preparation of methods for training law enforcement officers in running at various distances.
