Study of the relationship between muscular imbalance and the parameters of competitive activity of Greco-Roman wrestlers aged 18-19 years

Abstract (English):
The article presents a study of the relationship between muscular imbalance and competitive activity of wrestlers with different styles of fighting in Greco-Roman wrestling. It has been established that the greatest influence weakening or shortening of muscles has on the parameters of competitive activity in representatives of the tempo style; the least - of the playing and mixed styles, the power players took an intermediate position. The data obtained can be used to develop programs based on the differentiation of training (strength training) and non-training means (stretching and relaxation exercises) taking into account the identified functional violations of the musculoskeletal system in wrestlers of the Greco-Roman style.
