The article presents the results of the influence of 10 criteria for assessing the quality of training of qualified sprinter-rabbit swimmers based on the individualization of the entire training process. The innovations developed by the author were introduced into a specialized sports organization in order to find positive aspects of influencing athletes and ultimately improving personal best results at the end of the season. Based on the implemented quality assessment criteria, athletes were able to creatively look at the entire training process and tried to take a fresh look at the importance of finding their own internal reserves. The result obtained at the end of the experiment allows us to conclude that the use of the new criteria makes it possible for both the coach and the athlete to identify their weaknesses in training and get the opportunity to improve the quality of training programs, and eventually improve their achievements without the risk of not passing the next selection to the team and ending their sports career without using their potential at 100%.
