The article examines the impact of various types of physical activity on students and their desire for a healthy lifestyle. The opinion is expressed about the lack of interest in sports and health support among students. Conclusions are drawn that physical exercises contribute not only to improving physical fitness, but also to the versatile development of students. The ways of attracting students to regular training and sports are given. Practical methods are presented that will help improve the results of sports and physical activity among students.
