Currently, there are practically no specific methods in practice designed to assess the pain sensitivity level in novice or experienced kickboxers. This article presents a study on the development of a pain sensitivity diagnostic complex for kickboxers, intended for widespread use in youth sports. The description of the diagnostic complex and empirical data proving its reliability are provided. The proposed diagnostic complex is easy to use and accessible for widespread application. Its repeated use has demonstrated effectiveness in sports selection and in the initial stages of kickboxer training.
