The impact of the repeated method on the time characteristics of the turning element of professional breaststrokers

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the issue of creating training programs for practicing and improving the turn element using the repeated method among professional breaststroke swimmers. During 2023, practical research was conducted with the participation of breaststroke swimmers within the main and preparatory training cycles at a specialized organization. It has been established that the use of the task of practicing the breaststroke turn in the final part of the training is productive, variable and is perceived by swimmers with great enthusiasm, since their training is not diverse and is based on hard and monotonous work.
