Abstract (English):
The problem of transitioning from youth basketball to adult basketball is currently the most relevant. Most promising athletes in sports schools end their athletic careers without fully realizing their potential. Therefore, finding ways to improve the training process in order to ensure the continuity of young basketball players transitioning to adult teams is necessary. The article presents a method for improving the technical training of young athletes of 13-14 years old, based on the use of a differentiated approach.
