The article presents a study on the peculiarities of strength development in young male powerlifters with diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, hearing impairment, and intellectual disability. The development of strength abilities in powerlifters with health limitations has its own characteristics, depending on the pathology of the individuals. Young men with hearing impairment have more developed strength abilities. However, the most pronounced changes in strength development occurred in young men with autism spectrum disorders. No significant differences were found between powerlifters with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disability.
