Currently, there is an increase in the number of respiratory system diseases in all age groups of the population. Children of primary school age are particularly susceptible to such illnesses. In connection with this, physical education teachers and coaches in various sports are constantly searching for means and methods to prevent various diseases in those who participate, including respiratory system diseases. This article discusses the theoretical foundations of the positive impact of acrobatic exercises on the bodies of those who participate, with the aim of prevention and mitigation of respiratory system diseases. During the research process, special drainage acrobatic exercises were identified and implemented into the training process for younger school-age children practicing acrobatics. The article presents the results of the study on the impact of acrobatic exercises on the respiratory system of those who participate, confirming their effectiveness.
