Moscow aviation institute students' attitude to running training

Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of a study on the attitude of students from the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) towards running training. The study involved students from the 1st to 3rd courses, bachelor's and specialist programs, basic higher education, studying at MAI in the discipline of "Physical Education" at the Department of Physical Education in the Department of Physical Education. Recommendations are given for improving the quality of the educational process and increasing the motivation of students as a result.
