One of the significant problems of modern times is the steady increase in the number of school-age children suffering from obesity. Obesity is the cause of various diseases and leads to deterioration in the functioning of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and endocrine systems, as well as overall health. Establishing a correlation between body mass index and the physical condition index of school-age children serves as a basis for considering the physical condition of students when organizing laser tag team sports activities.
