Monitoring the psychological preparedness of high-class athletes in beach volleyball

Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of a study on determining indicators of psychological preparedness (typological properties of the nervous system, motivation for sports activities, psychological resilience, competitive anxiety, interaction in dyads) recorded in highly qualified beach volleyball players who participated in the semifinals and finals of the 2023 Russian Beach Volleyball Championship. Continuous monitoring of the psycho-emotional state of high-level athletes in beach volleyball increases the opportunities for players and coaches to timely react to emerging changes in athletes' psychological preparedness levels and, based on this, improve the quality of their sports training.
