Analysis and results of pedagogical experiments of individualization of the training process of qualified freestyle sprinters

Abstract (English):
This article reveals the relevance of the search for ways to develop modern sprint swimming in the context of its modernization and improvement. Based on the analysis of the collected information and the results of pedagogical experiments on the individualization of the training process of qualified freestyle sprinters on various topics, the estimated significance of each of them and the impact on individual areas of training were revealed. According to the results of the study, the author has developed and proposed for practical application unified complexes of influence on the athlete in his training, which can significantly improve the performance of a swimmer, as well as affect the optimization of the preparation and performance of national teams at swimming competitions of various levels.
