Abstract (English):
The technical arsenal of kicks in taekwondo GTF is quite wide and contains kicks of various spatial and temporal characteristics. The competitive disciplines of taekwondo GTF involve various forms of performing these strokes, determined by the requirements of the rules and the peculiarity of the judicial assessment. When forming the technical arsenal of a taekwondo practitioner, it is necessary to take into account these features in order to ensure the effectiveness of competitive activities and versatile training of an athlete.
