The use of sound fractal acoustic neuromodulation in the prevention and correction of professional burnout among educational staff
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of psychophysiological studies of the influence of the Fractal Acoustic Neuromodulation (FrANM) Course on the severity of professional burnout. The results obtained based on methods for diagnosing the level of emotional burnout, as well as according to the spectral characteristics of the relative power of EEG rhythms (theta, alpha, beta1-beta2-) and HRV in paired comparisons before and after listening to the Course, indicate about the preventive and corrective effectiveness of the FrANM method.
