Abstract (English):
The article discusses one of the tools for developing physical qualities in applied physical culture - Nordic walking. Within the study, statistics were compiled on the use of this type of activity in physical education classes among first to third-year students specializing in complex disciplines at Siberian Federal University during the 2022-2023 academic year. Positive dynamics in overall endurance were observed among students participating in Nordic walking during physical education and sports classes.
