The use of choreographic training methods in fitness classes with students
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Insufficient physical activity of students during their studies, as well as high workload during non-academic hours, lead to a gradual decline in students' physical fitness levels. According to the authors of the article, incorporating components such as choreographic training into fitness classes will not only contribute to improving physical qualities but also increase interest in physical education and overall student well-being.
