The article discusses the specifics of injuries and their mechanisms in arm wrestling among amateurs and professionals. The reasons for differences in common injury sites between adults and teenagers are identified, and an increase in injuries among athletes in the initial training groups is noted. Conclusions are drawn that proper technique placement during the initial stages of training is one of the key factors in preventing injuries in arm wrestling.
